Saturday Evening Post

Well, it’s Saturday for about a few more minutes. I’m dreading which one of us will bail out and say we’re going to bed. We’re such old farts for being 28. I don’t know what it is, but it’s like when you have a night of relaxing, listening to music, having a bit of a drink, you wonder at some point, “is she gonna say she’s tired and is going to bed????” I’m wondering that now. Not that I mind, cause I’ll blindly follow her to bed and watch something on the portable DVD player or just snuggle and zonk out. Cause you know it’s almost midnight and I’m still waking up, lol.Anyway, that’s my post for the day.

Oh yea, we were gonna get a kitten today, but all the damned shelters feel the need to lowjack every animal they get into their possessions. I don’t know about ya’ll, but if I’m not going to RFID chip my child (when we have one), I’m sure as hell not going to do it to my pet. That’s just irksome. Mark of the beast type crap that is. My wife summed it up bessed at the adopt a pet place, “We don’t want that, that just makes people lazy.”

Peace out (in the voice of Kip)
