Sausage

I can’t wait till the time comes for our family to come to a cook out at our house, because I’m going to Bar-B-Q Elgin sausage on the grill. I’m going to cook soem with BBQ sauce on them and the other half will be plain. I swear, people have not had good sausage till they’ve had Elgin sausage. Of course, the misses and I have yet to be in Germany (to me, that’s where some good sausage comes from and Texas had some awesome German settlers), so we don’t know what we’re missing.
