Yea sounds strange, but apparently in Tennessee they call catching a catfish with your fist “Gigging a Catfish”
Can you imagine catching a fish with your freaking fist??
I would freak!!! I remember growing up as a kid that if a catfishes whiskers touch you, they’ll sting like holy hell. That’s way I sway more towards the bass and minnows. Bass are friendly fish and don’t mind too much if you eat them. Minnows on the other hand, well they’re the basses fist bait.

Our little family currently consists of Darryl, me, along with our pups Lucas & Lily. We've been together for 14 years now, and we love every minute of it. I enjoy all types of crafty things such as knitting, crocheting, photography, sewing, and making cards. Darryl enjoys gaming (both PC and PS3), playing guitar, cooking, and just veggin out. Lucas and Lily just love to sleep, eat, and pets.
