Ham Chops

Well, Christmas dinner turned out to be a bust. The sides were awesome, but the main dish turned out badly.

After scouring the web for a place that sold organic hams, I ordered it. I thought to myself, “I’m not going to eat no dog food eatin’ swine. No no no.”

So after following the directions on how to re-heat the ham I was pleasantly surprised that it was dry and looked like an over cooked pork chop. It tasted so bland and was so dry that I had to smother the pieces on my plate with beans and potato salad.

I was so disappointed that it put me in a mildly foul mood. After looking at how to properly cook a ham I might try it again.

So you might be wondering where the term ham chop came from? Well, my friend Dave at work saw the leather I was chewing on at lunch and called it a ham chop. Sure enough he was absolutely correct.

I’m debating whether to choke down the rest next week at work or throw the rest away. It was a frikkin’ 90 dollar ham……

….and I ruined it :(
