Well we’ve got ourselves a house. It won’t be final until 8/25, but everything is pretty much a done deal. We heard from the inspector and the only thing he was really worried about was the mold located in the attack, and the age of the furnace and A/C. We talked to our Realtor and requested that the sellers provide a home warranty that would cover all the mechanics of the house and that they take care of the mold problem. They have agreed to our requests, so hopefully the mold problem will be a done deal by the time we move in. Any way below is the a photo of the house… I took it with my phone because I didn’t have my camera with me at the time. Doesn’t Darryl look cute checking out the super huge trees in the front yard?

Our little family currently consists of Darryl, me, along with our pups Lucas & Lily. We've been together for 14 years now, and we love every minute of it.
