Two Time Spaces and One Great Experience

Bit of a back story first.
Margaret and I slept in a bit this morning and got up, because the dog barked; which meant he really had to potty. So off we went on our morning stroll. It was nice. During the walk we decided to give the dog a bath (at home), because last night when he jumped up on the bed his butt smells horrible. And I mean, horrible. So we got all the necessary supplies ready and off we went. When all was said and done, Lucas was clean and we were ready for coffee. We put Lucas up and we were going to get us some coffee at the local Bearclaw Coffee shindig and we decided on the way over to have our own coffee at the house (we really wanted to stay in today).
Back at the house we were talking about cooking, baking, scrapping, and gaming (yes there’s home work in there somewhere). So we take out all the food we wanted to cook. We’ve had chicken marinating since last weekend, we had some Elgin sausage ready to be eaten, and we took out 10 hamburger patties to cook also. We decided, “Hey, lets go ahead, fire up the grill, and get all the cooking done,” so we did it. It was around nine or ten-ish when we got everything together.
Margaret brought out the coffee; and the poopster; and we sat on the deck enjoying our coffee. Now mind you, this isn’t a nice and sunny morning we have here today. Nope, it’s overcast and rainy looking; which to us is beautiful anyway. So! We’re enjoying our company, coffee, and the smell of the grill while wondering what are we going to have for breakfast.
When all the food was done, we went inside and the smell of all the grilled food just overcame us, so we had a sausage a piece. That was breakfast.
I look over at the clock and it’s 11:40 and I’m like “It’s beer time!!!” If anyone knows what it’s like to grill, it’s nice having a cold one in your hand while manning the grill. So as I type this after having a wonderful cup of coffee that Margaret made me and devouring a deliciously grilled Elgin sausage, we’re both now enjoying a nice cold beer.
So in the matter of a couple hours we were able to experience breakfast and lunch with the two most satisfying drinks available.
CHEERS!!!!
