getting these off the needles (since they’ve been on almost 6 month). I’m not thrilled with the yarn, but it’s a trial pair. I prefer to knit the first run with yarn I’m not so in love with…that way don’t have to worry if I’m not in love with them once they’re done.

Even though I can’t get my sewing machine out right now due to various reasons (health wise and space wise) I still feel the urge to purchase fabric or patterns or both.

The power went out yesterday and won’t be back on until Friday evening!!! It’s too hot outside to live WITHOUT AC for a week!!!!!!!

There’s something about getting all suited up before going outside to walk the dog. No matter if it’s blizzarding or just plain frigid. I miss it. I thought I was doing the right thing by purchasing and downloading your professional edition of Windows 7 upgrade, but come “clean install time” and your software shits the bed. Over 200 dollars later and I’m downloading a FULL version of the basic home version. Would love to be able to upgrade the wife’s XP [...]

Our little family currently consists of Darryl, me, along with our pups Lucas & Lily. We've been together for 14 years now, and we love every minute of it. I enjoy all types of crafty things such as knitting, crocheting, photography, sewing, and making cards. Darryl enjoys gaming (both PC and PS3), playing guitar, cooking, and just veggin out. Lucas and Lily just love to sleep, eat, and pets.
