Now, just think about this, what has been going on in the United States that a worthy distraction is needed?  Let’s see, the dollar totally tanking, inflation sky rocketing, the TSA fondling another high profile celebrity, an illegal war in Libya, and the spread of all that nuclear fallout from Japan.

Makes you feel good doesn’t it? That a massive lie is being perpetrated by our government to distract us from what is REALLY going on.  Now let me ask you, when another “rogue terrorist” decides to do something evil and dastardly in the United States as revenge, will you be okay with full cavity searches at the airport, malls, train station, and bus stations by the loving TSA?

What more freedoms will you give up to be “safe” from the bad guys? Will it finally register that the war on terror has been a war on eroding our Constitutional freedoms?

Just asking for everyone to do a little bit of research and you’ll be surprised at what you’ll find.

In order to get a Michigan driver’s license you need to provide a birth certificate, social security card (or income slavery tax form), two forms of proof of address, and a vial of blood. Okay, only joking about the blood.

BUT!!!!

If you’re a married woman, be prepared to provide a marriage license/certificate, a form showing last name change, and I think a social security application under said last name.

So as long as you have all that information, you’ll be set to get a Michigan driver’s license.

Here’s the catch: There’s an old bitty at the DMV that is crotchety as hell. Okay, maybe she is a nice person once you give her grief, but overall she has a shell as hard as stone.

So here’s the poop on my experience. I arrived with a folder that contained all the information they needed. First, she wouldn’t remove any paperwork from an envelope. I had to hand it to her. No big deal I thought, why not try to make me feel inferior because she has something to grant me that I do not have? So, then she starts her crap. “You didn’t provide me your middle name,” and I said, “I put my middle initial down,” and she replied, “Do you not have a middle name?” to which I responded, “the form says “middle” and I put down my initial.” At this point my inside voice must have left, because I was turning some heads when I said, “Jesus, since when did it become this hard to prove I’m an American? My middle name is on my birth certificate if you need it.” I felt myself getting very angry to the point where my hands were shaking. I don’t normally get that upset, but for some reason that incident rubbed me the wrong way, but that wasn’t the end. I apparently didn’t have my address on my certified school transcript (that they allow), so I handed her the envelope saying, “here it is, that’s how I got it.” And the damned woman had this look of shock like I had just broke wind in her area and the kind lady helping Margaret was passing over our water bill saying, “here…..here, here, take this. It has his name on it.” My lady reluctantly took the bill and completed her “mission.” At this point I said, “This kinda reminds me of Nazi Germany!” and I stuck out my hand towards my lady and said, “Papers please?” She just smirked and laughed, but I was pissed.

Long story short, she ended up taking my picture and I was on my way. It wasn’t till then that Margaret told me that I was getting real loud and thought I was going to get into trouble.

I swear, this whole mass hysteria since 9/11 has put us under the thumb of the government and I’m not liking it. We’re not at fault, they are and what do we do? Bow down.

And I thought how poignant of a statement. So to the banks, the people on wall street, and the “governmental officials” who fear mongered and said that ‘We the People’ needed to help or all hell will break loose: Looks like a slow return to glory for ya’ll.

To the McCain and Obama supporters: How do you ya’ll feel that they are now supporting the bailout? Symantics aside, they support it to the greatest minutia. There you go folks the “great” two party system that’s really one in disguise.

Friggin’ idiots. And I’m one too for allowing these people do what they do. I really feel for the children of the United States and my other fellow Americans that are as pissed as I am. We really are truly screwed. It might not be evident now, but it will in the future. Goods will get more expensive to buy, the dollar will weaken even more, and most Americans will only worry about the price of fuel while waiting for their government cheese. Idiots.

*UPDATE*

The House struck down the bailout package. 207 voted Yea and 226 voted Nay. We need to now contact those 207 for the package and ouste them.

Okay, in my mind I think they meant to say was ‘vote democrat’ and not democratic.

It made me laugh, could you imagine a bumper sticker that said, “Had Enough? Vote American!” or “Had Enough? Vote Democracy!”

Silly things I notice and the silly people who we live with on this planet.

I don’t know how ANYONE can vote for any Democrat or Republican other than Ron Paul.

Fox News are currently denying his involvement in the Sunday night Debates. They want you to know that it’s all about Hillary/Obama and Giuliani/Huckabee.

That’s okay though, because Dr. Paul will be holding an event at the same time. When asked why Fox news don’t want him at the debates he said, “Because they’re scared of me…” They (Fox) know that Dr. Pauls messages of freedom and anti-war are wildly popular with the American people. So why do they push opposite views on their station? It’s all about agenda.

Ron Paul is doing very well in Iowa polls which is opposite of what the mainstream media are currently telling us. I think once the American populace see how many people own these “media” outlets, they’ll be surprised that it’s ran by very VERY few.

Long live Ron Paul, may God bless and protect him and his family. A Ron Paul presidency sounds pretty good.

*Update* Paul will be in the debates, but on January 5th. These will not be held by Fox. I still stand though behind my views of Fox on Paul.

Ron Paul will be our next president. Bold statement? I don’t think so. This man embodies everything that we American’s believe in. If you believe in America, you believe in Ron Paul.

I urge you, if you’ve never voted in your life, please look into Ron Paul and see what you think. Don’t base your opinion on other people who are for or against him. You need to see for yourself and THINK for yourself. It’s as easy as going to youtube and searching for Ron Paul or Ron Paul Debates. Also check out his website www.ronpaul2008.com

God Bless Ron Paul and God bless the volunteers out there helping the Ron Paul 2008 presidential campaign. Without them his message wouldn’t have reached the eye’s and ears of the majority of American’s looking for change. That means that as American’s we still hold the power of this country and can make change.

Don’t let the lesser of evils dissuade you or the “I don’t care” attitude deter you. Dr. Paul is real and honest and has plenty of history to back him up. Unlike the other candidates, he means what he says and sticks by his guns.

Regardless of media lies and temptations, there are no foreign enemy’s that threaten us as much as the one’s within. If we’re looking for the guilty, we need only look into a mirror.
