I finished the peapod for my S-I-L tonight. I think it’s cute and I believe it’ll keep little John warm. I tried to make it big enough for her to use it as LJ grows bigger.

The pattern “Blue Leaf Headband” was very easy. To get a warmer headband and keep the correct size I used a thicker yarn and smaller needles.

Calorimetry is a scientific term describing the measurement of heat lost or gained. So I made a headscarf aptly named Calorimetry. It’s an easy pattern and took only a few hours to finish. I’m currently making another one with a much thicker/heavier yarn. Hope it comes out just as good as this one did.
