I’m tired of burning paraffin candles which are predominantly made from the final byproduct in the petroleum refining chain. I refuse to expose myself and my family to soot and neurotoxic fumes like benzene and toluene any longer!

So after long hours of research and scouring the web, I purchase two non-toxic and hypo allergenic pure beeswax candles from Bluecorn Naturals. This company had some different choices when it came to the types of beeswax candles, but I decided on the raw beeswax. These have a high burning point which give the candles long burning times, they burn completely clean, and still retain the sweet honey scent. The website has much more information, and I suggest that you research on your own to find out which candles are right for you!

Basically, xylitol will kill the bad stuff in your gut while eliminating fungus (candida) in your body. It also is great for your teeth. The rough part about this “miracle” sugar is that if you eat too much of it, it’ll give you the shits. That’s no joke. This morning I had 3 cups of coffee with 2 table spoons of xylitol in it and by the second cup I was regularly going to the bathroom. I finally stopped around 8 this evening. Right now I just have the bubble guts, so…….if you decide to use xylitol build up to it.

Well kids, it looks like the end of the road for awhile with alcohol. I didn’t get sick or anything recently from drinking, I just need to change my habits a bit.

Starting this week, I will start exercising again. I don’t doubt that Margaret will be with me either. We do everything together. I’ve noticed that my shoulder muscles have shrunk so much, that I can feel pain in my left shoulder rotator cuff. I slightly hurt it years ago from lifting weights. Since the protective muscles I developed around it have withered away, I now hurt there.

It’s not cool, being 29 and can’t wash a side of your body because of shoulder pain. Makes me wonder what I’ll be like when I’m 90. I’ll have to start re-evaluating on how I want to look and feel when I age. Now would be a perfect time. I haven’t let too much fat develop on me…..except for my thighs. I got friggin’ stretch marks popping back up (not cool and they hurt).

Well Kiddo’s, I’m off. I got a sip or two left in my coffee and I’m going to mow before we head to our parents houses for Mothers Day.

BTW, HAPPY MOTHERS DAY MOMS!!!!!! (That’d be Momma Helge and Momma Ferguson)

What a week. I got over the creepy crud a couple weeks ago and then I get sick AGAIN!!!!

I don’t know what it is (old age probably). My nose started running late Saturday night after a pitcher of margaritas and then it got stopped up on Sunday. Wednesday was the worst though. I felt like hammered dog shit, because I was aching all over, I was congested something fierce, and I had a slight headache. I called Margaret during lunch letting her know I was feeling bad and she said she could tell in my voice and advised me to try and stick it out the rest of the day. And that I did, but boy was it hard. I was so happy when I got home. I took a hot and very relaxing clay bath for about 30 minutes. When I got out I my skin was red all over, because the clay draws out toxins from the pores in your skin. Then Margaret put some Super Strength Oreganol oil on my spine and rubbed it in (boy did that burn). I put some on the soles of my feet and then crawled into bed. She made me drink some water and take some Oregaresp and the oregano oil under my tongue. Margaret even broke out the heating pad for my back (she’s so sweet).
Needless to say, I slept great and woke up feeling 10 times better. I only had a stopped up nostril and a little bit of congestion. I took some Aleve just in case though along with the rest of my medicine.

I really don’t know what I would’ve done without Margaret being there. She was such a doll baby. She even brought me up food, because I was hungry a bit. We did watch a movie together, it was called Undercover Blues. I have to tell you, I’ve been telling her about this movie ever since we’ve been together (1996) and she finally go to experience it. And the verdict is, is that she loved it. We’ll be purchasing it soon. I rented two other movies that she hasn’t seen, they are Skin Deep and Moving Violations. I grew up with all these movies, so I hope the other two hold up to the expectations that I remember. At least for her sake, lol. She’s watched numerous movies I recommended and some have been crap. Like Transformers the movie (the 80′s cartoon movie).

So it’s 7:30 as I’m writing this and I can breathe out of both nostrils and the congestion has gone way way down from this morning.

Welpers kids that’s all from this end.

TTYL <— don’t ya just hate that?
