Margaret has been doing really well for having her tonsils removed. From what other nurses and her doctor said, she should be doped up on pain pills, not wanting to drink water, and having ice cream pumped into her veins. Fortunately all that is furthest from what happened.

This morning Margaret had her tonsils and adenoids removed. Currently the sleeping beauty is on the couch. I just got back from getting her some comfort foods, juices, and prescriptions. I figured since I was out and I didn’t want to eat in front of her I grabbed some fa(s)t food. [...]
